Warranty & Support

Every Synq build is covered by a 1-year hardware warranty and a 3-year labor warranty from the date of delivery. Valid for the original purchaser.

The hardware warranty covers defects in parts and components. The labor warranty covers any issue caused by our assembly, cable management, or build process — if it's our fault, we'll make it right for 3 years.

Our warranty is simple, fair, and here to support you when you need it.

Lifetime Service & Support

We provide lifetime support for every system we build. This includes help with troubleshooting, diagnostics, software, and general technical guidance. We're always reachable at info@synqpc.com.

What's Covered

  • All components installed by Synq (CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, motherboard, PSU, cooling)
  • Cable management and internal build quality
  • Any defect caused by our assembly process

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Damage caused by drops, spills, or accidents
  • Damage from power surges, liquid spills, or improper installation of third-party hardware
  • Unauthorized repairs, upgrades, or tampering
  • Damage from overclocking or improper power setup
  • Software issues, OS reinstalls, or data loss
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic scratches
  • Any other damage not directly caused by a manufacturing or assembly defect

Damage Beyond Repair

The following are not eligible for warranty service under any circumstance: extensive internal damage from high-velocity impact, organic growth within the system, overexposure to radiation or ultraviolet light, damage caused by an act of God, fire or water damage, or systems deemed beyond repair.

Warranty Shipping

If your system arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping costs. In all other cases, shipping costs associated with warranty service are the customer's responsibility.

Modifications & DIY

We understand that enthusiasts like to tinker. Upgrading your RAM, swapping a GPU, or adding storage is fine — go for it. However, if damage is caused by a modification or upgrade, that repair won't be covered under warranty. We recommend contacting us before making major changes so we can help you avoid issues and protect your system.

Component Manufacturer Warranties

In addition to our build warranty, individual components carry their own manufacturer warranties (typically 1–3 years). We'll help you navigate these claims where applicable.

How to Claim

Email info@synqpc.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll diagnose remotely first, and if a repair or replacement is needed we'll arrange shipping at no cost to you.
